  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Assist in assessing and identifying key talent in the company to boost the company’s bench strength and retention strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance employee experience and support business objectives.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labour laws and statutory bodies.
  • Ensure proper process adherence regarding disciplinary actions such as show cause letters, warning letters, Performance Improvement Plans, and domestic inquiries.
  • Propose new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve departmental efficiency and uphold HR best practices.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and review compensation and benefits to ensure market competitiveness. Lead the design of competitive compensation and benefits packages aligned with market benchmarks.
  • Work closely with management and employees to understand their needs and provide value-added advice and support, including manpower planning, onboarding, employee engagement, morale building, productivity, and retention.
  • Address grievances and foster a positive work environment aligned with organizational values and objectives.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in conducting Training Needs Analysis, developing training plans, and managing HRDC funds application and claims.
  • Provide administrative support to managers and other departments as needed.
  • Relieve reception duties as necessary, including taking and forwarding messages.
  • Carry out any other tasks or assignments as requested.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or the equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience is required.
  • Positive and proactive attitude towards work.
  • Strong adaptability and flexibility, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
