About the role

Tiong Nam Logistics Solutions Sdn Bhd, a leading logistics provider, is looking for detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant/Officer to join our team. This role will support key HR functions, with a focus on recruitment coordination and payroll administration, while also assisting with general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:

Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms

Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates

Support screening and shortlisting of applicants

Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases

Payroll Support:

Assist in monthly payroll preparation and related documentation

Maintain and update employee records (e.g., attendance, leave, overtime)

Ensure timely submission of payroll inputs and support statutory contributions

Handle queries related to salary, leave, and benefits

Administrative Support:

Maintain proper filing of HR and administrative documents

Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes

Support day-to-day HR operations and general office administration

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field

1–2 years of relevant experience in HR support, especially in recruitment or payroll

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Good communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
