Responsible for human resources-related work, including recruitment, training, compensation, performance, and employee relations;

Establish and improve the administrative and HR management system, processes, and related policies;

Organize and manage company-related events and meetings;

Promote and manage fire safety, environmental protection, and workplace hygiene;

Manage company vehicles, cafeteria, and dormitories;

Review and control HR and administrative-related expenses;

Handle customs declarations and manage import/export procedures for the company;

Manage the company's office network system;

Carry out other tasks assigned by superiors.

The Person:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related majors from a recognized university;

At least three years of experience in human resources and administrative management (as a Senior HR & Admin Executive or equivalent);

Proficient in using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other office software;

Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills;

Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaker is required for reporting to China HQ.
