About The Role

We’re looking for a cheerful and organized HR & Admin cum Receptionist to join our team! This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals looking to start their career in HR and office administration. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors, handle incoming calls, and manage front desk duties.
  • Provide general administrative support including filing, document preparation, and office coordination.
  • Assist with HR/Admin activities such as recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and leave tracking.
  • Help maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate office supplies, courier services, and maintenance arrangements.
  • Support company events and employee engagement activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field (Human Resource or Business-related fields are a plus).
  • No experience required.
  • Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
