As a crucial part of our operations, you'll ensure the smooth running of our office while managing HR tasks to keep our team happy and productive.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, conducting initial screenings and prepare offer letters)
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires (orientation, setup of workstations) and offboarding process (asset handover, employee exit form)
  • Maintain employee records (e.g., attendance, leave records, performance evaluations) according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage and initiate payments for employee salaries, claims, office bills and contributions.
  • Assist in organizing company events and outings to foster team spirit.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring everything is well-stocked.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources/admin/related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in office administration and HR roles, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin would be added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Proactive and resourceful, able to anticipate needs and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to take direction both positive and negative feedback.
