A hardware and building material supplier in Johor Bahru is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to manage HR administrative tasks including leave management and recruitment. Candidates should have a diploma in Human Resource Management and at least 2 years of relevant experience. A strong understanding of Malaysian Labour Law is essential. Handle HR administrative tasks including employee records, leave management, and HR documentation.
Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and onboarding.
Assist in payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
Ensure HR practices comply with Malaysian labour laws and regulations.
Liaise with statutory bodies (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN) for submissions and updates.
Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
Provide support in employee relations and disciplinary matters.
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 2 years of working experience in a similar HR/Admin role.
Good knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law and HR statutory requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
