Job summary

IKD (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD is seeking a Process Monitoring & Parameter Control specialist to oversee on-site die casting operations, ensuring stable, safe, and efficient production. The role focuses on monitoring injection speeds, locking pressures, and temperatures, while coordinating daily assignments to operators and technicians, and maintaining clear SOPs and work instructions in the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with IATF 16949 and customer audits is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English is highly preferred for daily coordination.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor die casting/process parameters on-site to ensure stable, safe production.
• Distribute daily assignments and manage machine allocations to operators and technicians.
• Maintain and update SOPs and work instructions for die setup and defect handling.
• Deliver hands-on training to operators on processes and safety protocols.
• Collect and reconcile daily production data and report variances.
• Support audits to ensure on-site operations align with SOPs and training records.
