A leading urban development in the heart of Bukit Bintang is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and team performance. The ideal candidate will possess relevant certifications and experience in managing housekeeping teams, with a commitment to excellence.

Direct and monitor the performance of housekeeping staff/vendors to ensure high standard of cleanliness in the mall and areas surrounding the mall
Supervise and coordinate with the outsourced contractor on the daily housekeeping operations and analyse their performance to undertake necessary proposal and action
Assist with inventory of supplies and ensure that all housekeeping machines and equipment are properly handled and maintained
Keep track and monitor daily attendance of vendors and report any shortage of manpower to superior
Conduct daily inspection on the cleanliness and defects in the mall as well as to follow up on rectification
Requirements:
Candidate must possess minimum SPM or Certificate/Diploma in Hotel Management and/or have attended Housekeeping related courses
Minimum one (1) year of related working experience in a shopping mall, hotel or large multi-use facility
Experience in managing a team of housekeeping employees
Good knowledge in housekeeping processes and procedures
Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
