HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR (JB)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work activities of housekeeping contractors
• Inspect all areas in and out of building perimeters to ensure cleanliness and adherence to brand standards.
• Coordinate daily deployment schedules and assign tasks to housekeeping contractors based on daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Conduct daily inspections with contractor supervisor for work done complete confirmation.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures to minimize accidents and injuries in the workplace.
• Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities and documentation including floor audits, machineries, and other related documents.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/Certificate/Diploma qualification in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• At least one (1) year of related working experience in the cleaning or housekeeping industry would be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Position is available in Mid Valley Southkey Megamall, J.B.
