A Housekeeping Attendant supports all Housekeeping and Laundry operations by managing guest requests and delegating tasks among team members to ensure efficient service and an exceptional guest experience.



What will I be doing?


As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will assist the Housekeeping and Laundry teams by overseeing daily activities, delegating tasks, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service within the hotel. Your responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring high operational standards in Housekeeping and Laundry as per hotel brand standards.
  • Monitoring the appearance, standards, and performance of team members, focusing on training and teamwork.
  • Providing excellent guest service.
  • Managing room availability and release for guest service, in coordination with Floor Housekeeping Supervision.
  • Controlling departmental operations such as employee scheduling, key management, incident reporting, and linen and uniform handling.
  • Checking guest information in CRM to meet their preferences and requests timely.
  • Requesting flowers and embroidery for special occasions and linen personalization.
  • Managing the monthly Lost and Found and donations.
  • Checking and coordinating uniform cleaning and repairs.
  • Overseeing document and personnel movement within the department, and managing daily linen release from Laundry.
  • Handling guest laundry releases and monthly laundry expense reporting.
  • Replacing Laundry Attendants during absences or days off.
