A leading hotel in Kota Kinabalu is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant responsible for conducting cleaning duties and providing excellent service to guests. The ideal candidate has a certification in Hospitality or Tourism management and at least 1 year of experience in hotel operations. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.

You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for conducting cleaning duties in the assigned guest room and public area, and to provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service to our customers.
Ideally, with certification in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 1 year of work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
