About the role

As a Housekeeping Attendant at the Kota Kinabalu Marriott Hotel, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the exceptional standard of cleanliness and comfort that our guests have come to expect. This full-time position is based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, and will see you working as part of a dedicated housekeeping team to ensure our hotel exceeds guest expectations every day.

What you'll be doing

Thoroughly cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, bathrooms, and all public areas of the hotel to the highest standards

Replenishing supplies and linens as needed

Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns in a timely manner

Adhering to all hotel policies and procedures related to health, safety, and security

Providing exceptional customer service to guests at all times

Collaborating with the wider housekeeping team to ensure a seamless and efficient operation

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a housekeeping or hotel cleaning role, preferably in a hospitality setting

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness

Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure

A friendly, customer-service oriented attitude and the ability to work well in a team

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
