About the role

Join our dedicated Housekeeping team at Kampong Pinang Sebatang Beach Resort as a Housekeeper based in Masjid Tanah Melaka. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our guest rooms and public areas.

What you'll be doing

Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and ensuring all surfaces are spotless

Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms to company standards

Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues

Assist with deep cleaning and laundry duties as required

Provide a warm, friendly, and helpful service to all guests

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar Housekeeping or cleaning role, ideally within the hospitality industry

A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A proactive and flexible approach to your work

The physical stamina to be on your feet for long periods and carry out manual tasks
