Hotel Operational Executive (Pre-Opening Team)

About the role

Join the pre-opening team of KTI Landmark Berhad as a Hotel Operational Support Executive. This full-time role in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah will be instrumental in preparing for the launch of a new hotel under the company's portfolio. You will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and successful opening of the hotel.

What you'll be doing

Organize and track project documents.

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.

Align pre-opening requirements with hotel operator.

Coordinate logistics for operating supplies and systems setup.

Ensure ID installations meet operational and brand standards.

Resolve operational setup issues with contractors.

Track expenses and identify budget discrepancies.

Serve as the operator's point of contact for readiness.

Assist in property preparation (inventory, inspections).

Monitor progress and resolve any operational challenges during the pre-opening phase.

Support the General Manager in all pre-opening activities.

What we're looking for
