Job summary

Pullman Kuching seeks a Marketing & Communications Manager to lead the hotel's marketing and communications strategies, raise brand awareness, and drive revenue aligned with Accor standards.

You will oversee digital marketing, social media, content, PR, media relations, campaigns and promotions, coordinating with Sales, Revenue, F&B, and Rooms to ensure campaigns support business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing or related field.
• Hotel Marketing & Communications experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing and online advertising.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the hotel's marketing and communications strategies.
• Manage all aspects of hotel communications, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, public relations, media relations, campaigns, promotions, brand communications, and internal communications.
• Work closely with Sales, Revenue, Food & Beverage, Rooms Division and other departments to ensure marketing activities align with business priorities and Accor brand standards.
