About the role

Join the dynamic team at BTC HOTEL' as a Hotel Manager Assistant. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Hotel Manager in overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of this vibrant hotel located in Melaka, Melaka.

What you'll be doing

• Assist the Hotel Manager in coordinating and supervising the work of various hotel departments, ensuring seamless service delivery
• Monitor hotel occupancy, guest satisfaction, and department performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Liaise with guests to address any concerns or queries, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Participate in the development and implementation of hotel policies, procedures, and operational strategies
• Support the Hotel Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation decisions
• Provide leadership and guidance to the hotel staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Contribute to the planning and execution of hotel events, promotions, and guest activities

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a hotel management or supervisory role, preferably in a similar hospitality setting
