About the role

As Hotel Manager for The 5 Elements Hotel Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of this full-service hotel located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur City Centre. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a crucial part in ensuring the hotel runs smoothly and delivers an exceptional experience for all guests.

What you'll be doing

Manage and lead a team of front-of-house and back-of-house hotel staff to deliver excellent customer service

Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including staffing, budgeting, revenue management, and guest satisfaction

Ensure the hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness, presentation and health and safety

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency

Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, staff, and industry partners

Monitor hotel performance and identify areas for improvement

Ensure the hotel remains compliant with all relevant laws, regulations and industry standards

What we're looking for

Significant experience (5+ years) in a hotel management role, preferably in a similar full-service hotel setting

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach

Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency

Thorough understanding of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and facilities management

Proficient in financial management and budgeting

Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Degree in Hotel Management or a related field preferred

Open for Malaysian citizen or PR status
