Are you eager to build your career in hospitality? We offer an enriching internship opportunity in departments such as Housekeeping, laundry, culinary, service, cashier, and cleaning. This internship provides hands-on experience in delivering exceptional service and learning operations in laundry, homestay, budget hotels, and cafes.

You will gain a comprehensive understanding of all departments to become a good entrepreneur.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Assist in delivering excellent Housekeeping services to ensure timely and efficient guest satisfaction.
  2. Address any special requests or cleaning duties requested by guests promptly.
  3. Equip trolley with supplies and maintain it neatly at all times.
  4. Make up rooms and ensure bathrooms are cleaned according to standards.
  5. Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms as per operational standards.
  6. Maintain cleanliness of facility rooms, restrooms, offices, and public areas to hotel standards.
  7. Report any defects or issues to the supervisor for action.
  8. Assist in cafe operations during breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum PMR/SPM or Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management or equivalent.
  • Genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Good communication skills and professional interaction with guests.
  • Willing to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
  • Own transportation (car or motorcycle) to move between branches.
Internship or Part-Time Worker Benefits
  • Monthly Allowance – RM600
  • Immediate job placement with potential for full-time position upon successful completion in 6 months
  • Working hours: 2 shifts (7 am to 4:30 pm and 12 pm to 9:30 pm), once a week off during non-peak days
