Job summary

GLORYHALL HOTEL SDN BHD is seeking a skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance, repair, and operation of hotel facilities and systems. You will focus on air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing, and general building upkeep to ensure guest comfort and safety.

The role requires hands-on experience in HVAC systems, electrical work, and building maintenance, with ability to respond quickly to service requests and coordinate with external contractors when needed.

Qualifications

Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma or certs preferred in HVAC/building maintenance.
HVAC certification or trade certs are highly preferred.
Experience in hotel maintenance or hospitality environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on hotel facilities and guestrooms.
Inspect hotel equipment and building systems; plan preventive maintenance.
Maintain HVAC systems, including chillers, FCUs, AHUs, and split units.
Address electrical and plumbing issues; ensure safety and compliance.
Support renovation and facility upgrade projects as needed.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
