Job summary

LBS Bina Group Berhad is seeking a Finance Manager for Scapes Hotel, Midhills, Genting Highlands. This role covers the hotel's overall accounting and financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning to drive profitability.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, have 5+ years in a Finance Manager role (hospitality preferred), and be proficient in MS Office and hotel accounting software. Accommodation is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager; hospitality experience preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; hotel accounting software experience noted.
• Excellent verball, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage hotel accounting and financial management requirements.
• Prepare, review and submit management reports on time with deadlines.
• Prepare and review annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and operating results.
• Lead and facilitate achievement of annual goals to ensure profitability.
• Evaluate pricing strategies and provide financial insights to optimize revenue.
• Manage working capital and cash flow; forecast to maximize value.
• Present financial performance and recommendations to senior leadership.
