You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Host is responsible for assisting with guest services in various areas of the hotel, such as reception, communication center, or concierge. You will provide courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service consistent with the hotel’s policies in order to maximize guest satisfaction. Additionally, you must be entirely flexible and able to rotate within the different sub-departments of the Rooms division, or any other departments as assigned and necessary.
Ideally, you should have a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must. You will be responsible for welcoming all guests, ensuring they have an exceptional staying experience; creating lasting memories and building relationships. You will bring our purpose to life by using your personal flair and style when interacting with our guests.
