Job Responsibility

Summary Of Key Responsibilities

  1. Welcomes our customers in a friendly and professional manner and presents a positive first impression, synonymous with company’s brand image.
  2. Proactively engages customers through frequent and spontaneous sampling sessions to create attention for company’s products.
  3. Interacts with customers, ascertains their needs and serves customers by helping them select products and merchandise and assisting with inquiries or concerns.
  4. Supports company sales through engagement with customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.
  5. Assists store with other duties which include, but are not limited to, stocking of merchandise, ensuring tidy arrangement of tables and chairs, general cleanliness of the store, etc.
  6. Offers recommendations to continuously improve customer experience.
  7. Supports the implementation of company’s programs or initiatives.
  8. Follows company’s operational policies and procedures and reports essential information to superior.

Job Requirements

Key Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  1. Minimum Diploma studies in any field with 1-2 years of working experience in high-end service-related industry e.g., hospitality, F&B, airlines, retail sales, etc.
  2. Enthusiastic with a positive and patient attitude and possess a flair for customer service.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to foster relationships with all levels of customers.
  4. Observant and able to evaluate environment and customers for cues.
  5. Pleasant demeanor, well-groomed, physically fit.
  6. Positive attitude, patient and proactive. Able to “think on your feet”.
  7. Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality and available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
  8. Ability to work as part of a team.
  9. Agile and flexible to travel within Malaysia.
