- Proactively engages customers through frequent and spontaneous sampling sessions to create attention for company’s products.
- Interacts with customers, ascertains their needs and serves customers by helping them select products and merchandise and assisting with inquiries or concerns.
- Supports company sales through engagement with customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.
- Offers recommendations to continuously improve customer experience.
- Supports the implementation of company’s programs / events - organizing / participating / emceeing.

Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma studies in any field with 1-2 years of working experience in high-end service-related industry e.g. hospitality, FB, airlines, retail sales, etc.
- Enthusiastic with a positive and patient attitude and possess a flair for customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to foster relationships with all levels of customers.
- Observant and able to evaluate environment and customers for cues.
- Pleasant demeanor, well-groomed, physically fit.
- Positive attitude, patient and proactive. Able to “think on your feet”.
- Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality and available to work flexible hours.
