Job summary

Hyatt House Kuala Lumpur invites high-potential graduates to join its Corporate Management Trainee (CMT) Program designed to build a rewarding hospitality career beyond traditional hotel operations. You will work closely with hotel leaders, gain hands-on experience across Human Resources, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Revenue and Operations, and contribute to strategic projects.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or related field.
• Strong passion for hospitality and service excellence.
• Curious, adaptable, resilience and eager to learn.
• Demonstrates initiative, leadership potential, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• English and local proficiency; additional language is an advantage (Chinese, Japanese or Korean).
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with hotel leaders across key functions.
