You will manage AR/AP, prepare reports for senior leadership, support budgeting and forecasting, and help optimize financial processes while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Excellent Excel skills and clear English communication are essential to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in finance/accounting/financial operations
• Strong accounting principles and financial reporting knowledge
• Advanced Excel skills, pivot tables, data analysis
• Experience with AR/AP and GL management
• Knowledge of credit policies, collections, and compliance
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and trends
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial transactions, statements, and reports for trends and cost efficiency
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports for senior leadership
• Manage AR/AP processes and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues
• Develop and implement finance policies, procedures, and controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial problems
• Review credit policies and advise on credit decisions and allowances
• Monitor compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
• Plan workload distribution and ensure timely deliverables
• Utilize accounting software to maintain records and generate reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation measures
