Job description

Role: To take care of and manage 6 homestay units on-site located at Sentral Suite (Briekfield) & Societe Hartamas (Desa Sri Hartamas) according to SOP and requirements.

Job Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Handle check-ins and check-outs on-site.
2. Transport guests to units as required on-site.
3. Perform housekeeping after check-out and manage laundry for linens.
4. Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and amenities in each unit.
5. Replenish and purchase room amenities and cleaning supplies.
6. Keep track of inventories.
7. Perform basic and light maintenance work upon request.
8. Attend to management office/vendor on-site upon request.
9. Report to management.
10. Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

1. Respond to WhatsApp/Call within 30 minutes.
2. Be on standby for tasks assigned on all public holidays.
3. Work smart, efficiently, humbly, and honestly.
4. Communicate clearly with courtesy and humility.

Remuneration Package

Basic RM2,500 - RM2,800
