Homestay Operation Assistant
This role is responsible for providing superior client experiences and solutions to all guests to ensure their needs and expectations are met and exceeded, and that the reputation of the Company is enhanced before/ during their stay. Key accountabilities include to handling daily operations workflows, supervise all room cleanings, identify maintenances to be done in a timely and accurate manner. Manage and resolve routine guest issues and complaints in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring guests are satisfied with resolutions provided.
Thus, you are required to work well with your Homestay Operation Executive and your teammates.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
To supervise operations team to ensure smooth running of daily operations
To identify maintenance issues quickly and report to maintenance
To resolve daily staff performance issues and keep operations executive informed
To arrange for daily duty roaster
To handle customer and enquiry
To supervise all room cleanings
To ensure daily operation workflow run smoothly
To attend guests whenever there is an enquiry
Experience and Educational Requirements
Preferred tertiary, diploma/ degree education in hotel management hospitality/ tourisms
Able to speak English & National Language. Knowledge for other languages is an added value
Customer-oriented based
Pay great attention to detail and accuracy of work
Reliable & has sense of urgency
Willing to learn, pro-active
Have own transport (FREE parking provided)
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Knowledge in Microsoft Office is an added value
No work experience is acceptable as training will be provided
Young adults and final year of internships who are interested to take up challenges may apply
