Homestay Interior Designer

Candidates with a Diploma in Property Management, Project Management, or Business Administration are a plus, but not required.

SPM leavers with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Basic project coordination skills are advantageous.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Language(s) Required:

Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in Mandarin is a major plus.

Job Scope:

1. Conceptualize and create mood boards based on the property owner's budget.
2. Conduct site inspections to provide detailed quotations.
3. Handle sourcing and procurement of materials.
4. Supervise on-site progress and ensure deadlines are met.
5. Execute design and styling on-site.
6. Assist in photography sessions to capture final visuals.
7. Maintain project documentation and filing.
