Homestay/Hotel Operations Manager cum PA (Hostel Provided)
- Responsible for overseeing the overall cleanliness and condition of the Villa.
- Oversees and plans daily operations for Housekeeping, Front Office, Maintenance, and Market.
- Conducts daily briefings with respective departments.
- Schedules tasks for the gardener and monitors the condition of the landscape.
- Ensures high standards of customer service are maintained.
- Reviews guest feedback with the leadership team and ensures appropriate corrective actions are taken.
- Implements and instills company policies, procedures, and ethics within the team.
- Handles customer complaints and queries.
- Involved in recruiting new staff, training, and developing existing staff.
- Monitors daily room occupancy to effectively manage occupancy and rates.
- Must be willing to work in Sekinchan.
Requirements
- Familiarity with hotel management or homestay industry is an added advantage.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, Restaurant, or equivalent.
- Candidate must possess good interpersonal and effective communication skills, be organized, well-structured, and have computer literacy.
- Experience with hotel reservation software is preferred.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience is encouraged to apply.
- Required languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia.
