Responsibilities:
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. Present and communicate your work across the organization and to other teams.
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new functions and features.
- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs via feedback sessions, data analysis, and usability testing.
- Collaborate effectively with engineers and stakeholders to ensure projects meet design requirements, including UX/UI testing through prototypes and detailed specifications.
- Design and deliver responsive web and mobile applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Job Description:

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of UX design experience, preferably with complex marketplace solutions.
- 2+ years of experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
- Proficiency in UI/UX software like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Azure, Framer, Moqups, etc.
- Extensive experience applying UX best practices for mobile-first and responsive design.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, user research, testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility.
- Knowledge of SEO and page speed optimization principles and tools.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a distributed team environment.
- Passion for resolving user pain points through great design and staying updated with industry trends and technologies.
