Job summary

LifeTree Biotech in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an in-house Content Creator to lead day-to-day visual storytelling and asset production for social platforms. You will build a steady stream of 9:16 short-form videos designed to educate consumers and drive direct purchases.

Collaborating with the Digital Marketing team, you will iterate quickly on winning concepts using real-time campaign data, establishing a scalable creative engine with CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut.

Qualifications

• Script, film, and edit 8–12 modular short-form video assets weekly for 9:16 vertical formats.
• Produce diverse formats: product unboxings, problem-agitation angles, before/after demos, UGC-style content.
• Appear on camera as brand voice or direct internal teammates for shoots.
• Post-produce with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut including pacing, sound, typography, captions, and hook variations.
• Research competitors and social trends to identify trending audio and viral hooks.
• Develop 3–5 alternative first 3-second hooks and CTAs for core video concepts for split-testing.
• Translate customer pain points and product benefits into relatable visual scripts.
• Attend weekly creative review meetings to inspect performance metrics (Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, ROAS).
• Rapidly re-cut or re-caption top-performing assets to fight ad fatigue and extend lifespan.
• Maintain a structured, taggable creative content library in cloud storage with consistent branding and compliant product claims.
