Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Receive calls from customers and escalate to technical personnel to address customer issues.
  2. Generate and file records of all requests, work orders, and complaints accurately and promptly.
  3. Produce daily ageing reports to monitor operational performance.
  4. Compile deduction mapping reports for validation meetings.
  5. Coordinate internal communication between services to support operations.
  6. Manage key administration for security purposes.
  7. Implement a callback system to improve service quality.
  8. Record data systematically in systems and hard copies.
  9. Comply with Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) regulations at the workplace.
  10. Support company programs related to HSSE and LEAN, such as toolbox sessions at scheduled intervals.
Job Requirements:
  1. High School Certificate or equivalent.
  2. At least 16 years of experience in a related field.
  3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with good interaction skills across all levels of personnel.
