Key Responsibilities:
- Receive calls from customers and escalate to technical personnel to address customer issues.
- Generate and file records of all requests, work orders, and complaints accurately and promptly.
- Produce daily ageing reports to monitor operational performance.
- Compile deduction mapping reports for validation meetings.
- Coordinate internal communication between services to support operations.
- Manage key administration for security purposes.
- Implement a callback system to enhance service quality.
- Accurately record data in systems and hard copies in a timely manner.
- Comply with Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) regulations at the workplace.
- Support company programs and activities related to HSSE and LEAN, such as toolbox sessions scheduled by management.
Job Requirements:
- High School Certificate.
- At least 16 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work independently and in groups, interacting effectively with all levels of personnel.
