Tasks
  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize downtime.
  • Assist with network troubleshooting and basic configuration tasks to maintain optimal network performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external service partners to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document and track all incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
  • Support global rollouts by assisting with the setup and configuration of new deskside equipment and technologies.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in deskside support or a similar IT support role.
  • Basic understanding of networking principles and troubleshooting network issues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
