Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Service Engineer/Technician in Kota Kemuning, Selangor to maintain and repair heavy machinery including cranes, forklifts, and related equipment. The role requires proactive maintenance, on-site servicing, and regular customer interactions to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in mechanical/ manufacturing maintenance, experience with heavy industry, and shall communicate in English with basic Mandarin.

Qualifications

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably candidates specialize in Engineering -Mechanical/Manufacturing/Production or equivalent.
• Preferable those with experience heavy industry/maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance, after-sales service, and repair of machinery.
• Provide technical support to agents and customers; troubleshoot and diagnose faults.
• Ensure timely availability of spare parts and meet spare parts sales targets; maintain customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular customer visits and machinery inspections.
• Submit service reports accurately and on time and adhere to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with China-based engineers and Sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
