- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, Nutrition, Dietetics or related healthcare field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical Sales or Marketing.
- Proven experience in driving product performance and achieving growth targets.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product, marketing and business strategies to drive sales growth and market share across pharmacy retail and e-commerce channels.
- Manage assigned product brands and portfolios, including product positioning, pricing, market strategy and performance.
- Monitor monthly sales performance and develop action plans to achieve business growth targets.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, pricing opportunities and potential product innovations.
- Work closely with Sales, R&D, Regulatory, Finance and Supply Chain teams to ensure product readiness, effective distribution and timely product launches.
- Identify opportunities for new product development, product improvement, partnerships and category expansion.
- Prepare product forecasts, performance analysis, market insights and business reports for senior management.
