Main Mission

To drive and champion our ambition as a credible leader in infant nutrition. You will need to uncover healthcare customer (HCP) needs and provide suitable nutritional solutions, gain HCP endorsement for our products, and ensure plans and activities are effectively implemented to meet goals.

Responsibilities

1. Business Management
   • Ensure proper inventory and stock availability by working closely with cross-functional departments.
   • Support brand review and analysis.
   • Serve as the key contact for the solution team to ensure order fulfillment.
   • Assist the solution team with inquiries related to order processes, inventory, or distributor changes.
   • Analyze processes for improvements.
2. Business Services Relationship
   • Support the manager in liaising with tender partners.
   • Assist in replenishment and forecast processes.
   • Ensure smooth business operations.
   • Contribute to customer service excellence by ensuring products and services are customer-friendly and complaints are resolved effectively.
3. Inter and Intra Departmental Relationship
   • Maintain good team ethics and communication skills.
   • Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure seamless ordering and stock availability.
4. Process Ownership
   • Manage ordering processes established between Danone and ZP.
   • Act as the key contact for HN ordering and stock-related matters.
   • Continuously manage and improve ordering and tracking processes.
   • Ensure proper tracking, documentation, and clear updates to managers and stakeholders.

About You

Degree or equivalent, preferably in operations management, project management, data management, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial environment, with supply chain or key account management in a fast-moving consumer goods setting. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong Excel skills, understanding of supply chain and operational processes, and a commitment to sustainable results. Proactive problem-solver, flexible, passionate about excellence, strategic thinker, and effective collaborator. Ability to develop customer relationships.
