A leading recruitment agency in Malaysia is seeking a Claims Processor to manage patient admissions and insurance claims. Candidates should have a diploma or degree with strong communication skills and a willingness to work shifts. This role offers a competitive salary and employee benefits including medical coverage. Experience in TPAs is preferred.
Must be able to start work immediately on October 2025. Work location is near LRT USJ 7 / BRT. Contract term: 1 year (renewable for another year or converted to permanent staff after a year with good KPI). Salary: RM3,000 + Shift Allowance + OT. Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 24/7 rotating shifts with 5 days on and 2 days off as per department schedule.
We are a single point of contact to respond to Healthcare Claims on GL, final billing and insurance-related matters based near LRT USJ7. Candidates may be required to email attached Diploma Certs / Degree Certs when contacted.
