Overview

Must be able to start work immediately on October 2025. Work location is near LRT USJ 7 / BRT. Contract term: 1 year (renewable for another year or converted to permanent staff after a year with good KPI). Salary: RM3,000 + Shift Allowance + OT. Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 24/7 rotating shifts with 5 days on and 2 days off as per department schedule.

We are a single point of contact to respond to Healthcare Claims on GL, final billing and insurance-related matters based near LRT USJ7. Candidates may be required to email attached Diploma Certs / Degree Certs when contacted.

Responsibilities

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding inpatient hospitalization admissions.
2. Accurately process and coordinate admission requests in compliance with health insurance policies and procedures.
3. Determine patients’ eligibility for admission based on policy terms and conditions.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and resolving issues promptly and empathetically.
5. Communicate and document all admission-related information in a clear, professional, and accurate manner.
6. Collaborate with relevant departments to relay necessary information through established communication channels.
7. Review and interpret patient accounts and admission notes to facilitate smooth processing.
8. Handle and resolve patient inquiries, escalating complex cases or complaints as necessary.
9. Ensure all instructions, queries, and service requests are addressed promptly, accurately, and within specified time frames.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Degree.
• Experience: Prior experience in Third Party Administrators (TPAs) or a science-related background preferred. Nurses are strongly encouraged to apply.
