Job Description

Assist doctors in conducting basic health screening tests (e.g., height, weight, blood pressure, ECG etc.) Training will be provided

Prepare and label test samples accurately (e.g., blood, urine)

Ensure proper handling and documentation of patient data and samples

Answer customer enquiries and guide customers with a warm and helpful attitude, scheduling appointments

Coordinate registration, provide clear instructions to customers throughout the screening process

Handle billing and payments accurately

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of screening areas and equipment

Ensure patient confidentiality at all times

Requirement

Minimum SPM/Diploma, preferably in science related field

Exceptional customer service and good communication skills

Proficient in English (spoken and written) and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (spoken)

Positive working attitude, willingness to learn and strong teamwork skill

Basic computer skill is required

Familiar with basic medical terminology is an added advantage

Able to work in a fast paced environment

Must be willing to work on weekends

Willing and able to relocate
