A leading real estate services firm is seeking a Health, Safety, Security & Environment Engineer in Bayan Lepas, Penang. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience.

We are looking for: Health, Safety, Security & Environment Engineer

Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang

Operational Excellence

• Assist in identifying risks and proactively plan safety programs.
• Maintain the CS area, including plant room, as a healthy and safe working environment.
• Comply with Intel Standard requirements, including ISO 45001, 14001, RBA.
• Identify hazards, evaluate environmental aspects, develop controls, and monitor their implementation.
• Assess the effectiveness of safety policies and procedures, and recommend improvements.
• Investigate and report safety performance, accidents, injuries, and environmental incidents.
• Coordinate activities as a management representative, such as toolbox and pre-shift meetings.
• Review and enforce safety procedures in line with legal and customer requirements.
• Facilitate EHS inductions and safety training for suppliers and contractors.
• Track and communicate local regulatory compliance.
• Implement corrective actions and suspend operations if necessary.
• Advise on workers' compensation claims related to workplace exposures.
• Stay updated on occupational health and safety legislation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education

• Diploma or Degree in Environmental, Health and Safety, Engineering, or relevant fields.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with Malaysian guidelines and legislation (e.g., OSHA 1994, FMA).
• Registered Safety & Health Officer (DOSH) is an advantage.

• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Own transportation is required.
