Job Title: Health Representative

Locations: Malaysia- KLang Valley

Role Description

This position reports to the Health Representative Manager. As Health Rep, they should be highly enthusiastic and possess excellent communication skills to manage a designated territory to promote Pfizer's products to doctors and customers.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the sales target set for the business
2. Responsible for detailing and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals
3. Service accounts, develop prospects, co-ordinate sales and marketing initiatives, market data collection
4. Perform account management
5. Set clear objectives and develop strategies for each account to drive penetration and growth
6. Establish good rapport with decision makers (at all levels)
7. Service & maintain existing business (contracts, quotations, tenders, relationship management)
8. Proactively seek new business opportunities to secure
9. Track account sales (sales, penetration rates and market share)
10. Establish sound understanding of customer needs, challenges, competition, key trends etc
11. Willing to travel

Qualifications

1. Degree, preferably in a Science background
2. Min 2-3 years’ experience in relevant industry or channel are preferable.
3. Proficient in Microsoft applications.
4. Possess a valid driving license and a car.
5. A pleasant and dynamic personality combined with enthusiasm and desire to continuously learn
6. A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
7. A self-motivated and industrious achiever

Work Location Assignment: On Premise
