An established industry player in personal care is seeking a Health Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and nutritional consultation. This role involves maintaining stock levels, ensuring cleanliness, and promoting health and wellbeing through engaging customer interactions. Instill a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.
Efficient organization and operation of the shop.
Maintain sufficient stock levels at all times.
Provide nutritional consultation and deliver excellent product advice to customers.
Track and review the sales objectives of the Health Division to achieve sales targets.
Maintain housekeeping standards for health items, including promotional displays and price tags.
Conduct overall healthcare department stock maintenance, including ordering, receiving, and monitoring stock levels.
Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of stocks and shelves.
Provide health tests to customers during promotional activities.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Education & Experience:
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Food Science, or Dietetics.
Required languages: Bahasa Melayu and English.
Good interpersonal and follow-up skills, adaptable, and result-oriented.
Outgoing personality with a positive attitude and high energy levels.
Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
