Job summary

Watson's Personal Care Stores Sdn. Bhd. is recruiting for roles across Malaysia as part of its health division.

The successful candidate will deliver nutritional consultation and excellent product advice, while maintaining stock levels and promoting health items in-store. The role requires a diploma or bachelor in nutrition or related fields, fluency in Bahasa Melayu and English, strong customer service, and the ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Food science, Dietetics, Sports Science or any Science related field.
• Fluent Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• A passion for promoting health and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional consultation and product advice to customers.
• Maintain stock levels and conduct regular shelf checks.
• Handle customer inquiries and deliver friendly service.
• Maintain cleanliness and promotional displays, including price tags.
• Track and support sales objectives of the Health Division to achieve targets.
• Provide health tests during related promotional activities.

Instil a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.

Efficient organization and operation of the shop.

Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times.

Nutritional consultation and deliver excellent product advice to our customers.

Track and review the sales objective of the Health Division as necessary in order to achieve the division’s sales target.

Maintain housekeeping standard of health items which includes promotional display and price tags.

To conduct overall healthcare department stock maintenance, ordering, receiving and stock level.

To upkeep cleanliness, tidiness of stocks and shelves

Provide health tests to customers on related promotional activities.

Handle customers inquiries and provide customer service.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Food science, Dietetics, Sports Scient or any Science related field.

Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, and English.

Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.

Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level.

Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.

Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
