Job summary

Watsons Pharmacy is seeking a health-conscious professional to assist customers with nutrition guidance and product recommendations. You will maintain stock levels, manage shelf displays, and ensure clean, organized health sections.

Responsibilities include supporting promotional activities, handling inquiries, and contributing to sales targets while delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Food science, or Dietetics.
• Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Good interpersonal and follow-up skills with a result-oriented mindset.
• Outgoing personality with positive energy.
• Malaysian citizen.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Passion for promoting health and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional consultation and product advice to customers.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure adequate shelf displays.
• Efficiently operate the shop and deliver friendly customer service.
• Track health division sales objectives to meet targets.
• Carry out stock maintenance including ordering and receiving.
• Keep the health items tidy, clean, and properly tagged.
• Assist with health tests during promotional activities.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide service.

Job description

Instil a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.

Efficient organization and operation of the shop.

Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times.

Nutritional consultation and deliver excellent product advice to our customers.

Track and review the sales objective of the Health Division as necessary in order to achieve the division’s sales target.

Maintain housekeeping standard of health items which includes promotional display and price tags.

To conduct overall healthcare department stock maintenance, ordering, receiving and stock level.

To upkeep cleanliness, tidiness of stocks and shelves

Provide health tests to customers on related promotional activities.

Handle customers inquiries and provide customer service.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Food science, or Dietetics.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, and English.
• Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.
• Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level.
• Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• A passion for promoting health and wellbeing.

Watsons Pharmacy has been settled up over 25 years, and relocated to the Health Centre about May 1999 years ago. Our locality in central London with close approximate to London China Town, we have established ourselves as the main local pharmacy centre for the increasing Chinese community around London.

Excellence medical service is build upon excellent communication skills. Because our staffs are fluent in English as well as more than one Chinese language, the Chinese and local communities prefer us rather than other pharmacies.

In order to meet our commitment to strive for a better health care for the community, we will continue to improve our medical service and establish ourselves as the main pharmacy around the area.
