A leading financial institution seeks a seasoned Wealth Management professional to drive revenue growth and client engagement. You'll be responsible for strategic management of various channels and will ensure the delivery of tailored wealth advisory services. The ideal candidate has significant experience, relevant licenses, and excels in communication and teamwork.
Responsibilities
•Responsible for managing and executing Wealth Management strategy in driving CA, RM and PFA channel distribution productivity level encompassing revenue growth, AUM growth, channel pipeline building, recruitment and competency growth.
•Monitors and enhances the quality of advice provided by specialist channel (Investment Consultant, Wealth Consultant, Head, Retail Banca team, Head, Insurance Advisor team) to ensure that Our Client receive advice, the advice is suitable and reflects their needs, priorities and circumstances.
•Localised strategy in managing different population demographics in region through leverage specialist model in moving region sales productivity moving into optimal level and achieving required budget allocation.
Requirements
•Degree holder, at least 6 years’ experience in managing Wealth Solutions sales related function, familiar with sales processes and systems.
•Must have these licenses: FIMM and IPPC
•Have experience in handling client engagement and wealth advisory in particular related to wealth products
•Able to converse fluently in both Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (an advantage)
•Strong presentation, negotiation, analytics and communication skill
•Ability to lead a strong personnel team in embarking wealth advisory objectives
