Job description

In this role you will...

  • Comprehensive understanding of multi-tenanted and single-tenanted property operations from pre-leasing to post-occupancy.
  • Direct enterprise-wide asset management programs encompassing acquisition, maintenance, and disposal strategies.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to optimize asset value and investment returns through comprehensive portfolio management.
  • Establish and maintain robust legal frameworks to safeguard organizational property interests and proprietary rights.
  • Ensure contractual compliance and manage stakeholder relationships across government, regulatory, and private sector entities.
  • Provide strategic counsel on asset enhancement opportunities including capital improvements and redevelopment initiatives.
  • Formulate and manage departmental budgets with comprehensive financial justification and resource allocation.
  • Conduct market analysis and feasibility assessments to ensure sound commercial operations and strategic positioning.
  • Manage debtor relationships and execute collection procedures to optimize accounts receivable performance.
  • Establish credit assessment protocols and maintain debt portfolios within acceptable risk parameters.
  • Integrate anti-corruption frameworks into organizational processes and operational procedures.

You're A Great Fit If You Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, and Property Management.
  • Master's degree / professional qualifications is an advantage.
