The Head of Programme Management will lead the execution of the Trinity Programme — Maybank’s strategic initiative to transform customer onboarding, data management, and compliance capabilities across the region. This role is pivotal in delivering a future-ready solution towards a long term strategy.

The role requires a seasoned leader with strong programme delivery experience, proven stakeholder management skills, deep knowledge of financial services, and the passion to drive transformation through technology, data, and process excellence

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Trinity Programme, ensuring execution of its multi-year roadmap.
• Establish and govern programme management frameworks to deliver within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Oversee tracking, reporting, and financial governance for programme milestones and leadership updates.
• Drive execution discipline, risk management, and proactive issue resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional and cross-border teams to ensure alignment with programme objectives.
• Champion adoption of emerging technologies to ensure scalability and future readiness.
• Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing programme management team.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in programme or change management, ideally in banking or financial services.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation initiatives with measurable impact.
• Strong regional or multi-entity programme delivery experience, with stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
• Solid understanding of modern data and technology platforms relevant to financial services.
• Excellent influencing, communication, and presentation skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly resilient, proactive, and results-oriented, with strong ownership and prioritization skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with C-suite leaders, business heads, and multi-disciplinary teams.
