Key Responsibilities:

1. Overall P&L responsibility of the business unit.
2. Oversee resource planning, budget management, and personnel development to ensure optimal performance.
3. Develop and implement strategic plans for the division in alignment with the company’s overall goals.
4. Drive strategic business development (key clients and suppliers) initiatives and lead sales/commercial activities worldwide.
5. Develop new maritime technical services and implement Go-To Market strategies.
6. Build, lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of project managers and engineers.
7. Oversee contract negotiations, selection of vendors, and procurement of materials for projects.
8. Provide technical oversight and support to ensure quality standards during vessel construction or modification.
9. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering timely and effective services to clients.
