Genting Energy in Malaysia seeks a Head of Treasury to lead liquidity, funding and risk management across the Group. You will shape treasury strategy, manage banking relationships, and guide capital structure for growth across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires 15+ years in treasury/finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position, and experience in energy or infrastructure financing. regulatory compliance and governance are key focuses.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, economics, banking or related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CTP, ACT or CA/ ACCA/ CPA are highly desirable.
• Minimum 15 years in treasury, banking or financial management with cross-border exposure.
• At least 5 years in a senior treasury leadership role; experience in energy/infrastructure sectors preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Group treasury strategy, liquidity management and funding initiatives.
• Manage banking relationships, financing agreements and treasury governance.
• Oversee cashflow forecasting, liquidity planning and working capital optimization.
• Support M&A, project financing and capital market transactions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and robust internal controls across jurisdictions.
