Primary role The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead the technology vision, strategy, and execution for our iGaming platform. This executive-level role is responsible for overseeing the development, deployment, and maintenance of secure, scalable, and innovative gaming solutions that deliver superior user experiences. The CTO plays a pivotal role in aligning technology initiatives with business goals in a highly regulated and fast-paced industry.

Job Description

• Setting up a technical vision of the Company and leading the technological development of the Company
• Define and implement the overall technology roadmap aligned with business and product strategy.
• Drive innovation by identifying emerging technologies and applying them to gain a competitive edge.
• Oversee architectural decisions for gaming platforms, back-end systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Identifying opportunities for web and mobile services
• Mentoring team members
• Identifying the needs of web users of the company
• Methods and processes for tracking performance profiling.
• Maintain network stability with the IT team
• Studying information processing systems to evaluate effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
• Develop the technology strategy of the Company, and recommend appropriate technical solutions
• Ensuring that technology is used efficiently, profitably and securely

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a senior technical leadership role, ideally within the iGaming or fintech sectors, preferably in a team lead position
• Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to work under minimal / no supervision
• Comfortable working with PHP and Laravel
• Experience with database structure design and planning (MYSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Extensive knowledge of API-driven methodologies (RESTful) and standards.
• Knowledge of transport protocols (HTTP, HTTPS, Socket, etc.)
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform
• Familiarity with server orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of front end technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, Vue JS)
• Comfortable using Git
• Strong communication skills, excellent command of spoken and written English
• Excellent analytical, time-management, problem-solving, project management, and decision-making skills
• Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with peers, brand leaders, and other senior management
• Able to think strategically and see the big picture
